Hello and welcome to my little shop! I’m passionate about English Paper Piecing and the gentle art of slow stitching, and I love sharing that joy with others. All my papers are cut and packaged in my home studio, and I offer PDF and printed patterns for a variety of projects. I carefully source sewing tools, fabrics, and vintage textiles, and create one-of-a-kind packs, curated fabric bundles, and handmade items by myself and other makers.

Purchases of digital items are non-refundable, except where required by Australian consumer law.

Customers are responsible for saving their files. We may assist with re-sending files where possible.

Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
During busy seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Handmade items, curated packs, and restocked products may require additional time.

  1. Shipping Methods

We ship via Australia Post.
Shipping costs are flat rate: Australia $11, New Zealand $19, International $25. Tracking is provided for all orders.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (subject to postal delays):

  • Australia: 3–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Asia: 10–25 business days
  • Other non-EU locations: varies by region

Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

  1. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.

We cannot alter customs forms.

  1. Shipping Issues

Please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed. We will assist in lodging enquiries with postal services where possible.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Digital patterns are delivered via email immediately after purchase.
No physical shipping is required.

  1. Refund Eligibility

We follow Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund when an item:

  • is incorrect due to our error

As a small, handmade-focused business, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

  1. Digital Patterns & Downloads

Purchases of digital patterns and downloadable content are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds may only be issued if:

  • you accidentally purchased a duplicate, or
  • there is a technical issue we cannot resolve.
  1. Kits & Curated Packs

Kits, slow stitch packs, and curated bundles cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Due to the nature of vintage and reclaimed textiles, variations are expected and not considered faults.

If something is wrong, we’re here to help. Email us with:

  • a clear photo of the issue
  • a description of the problem

We will assess and arrange a suitable resolution.

We do not offer exchanges due to limited stock and the unique nature of products.
