Hello and thank you for taking the time to browse through my little shop! English Paper Piecing brings me so much joy and pleasure and I love sharing my passion for the gentle art of slow stitching with others. My range of papers are all cut and packaged by me in my home studio. My range of kits and patterns are influenced by traditional quilt blocks and geometric tessellated patterns found in tile and mosaic designs. I source the sewing tools and fabrics found in my shop from reputable suppliers all sourced as local to me as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
At The Maker’s Stash we hope you love your purchases, however, if you are unhappy for any reason with the products that you have chosen you may return them within 10 working days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in the original condition you received them including the original product packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the delivery to return the item to me. No refund or exchange will be given until the original item has been returned to The Maker’s Stash.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Any purchases that arrive damaged due to our postage carrier must be reported immediately after receipt & returned to The Maker’s Stash. In this instance, we will replace the item & return it at no cost to you with our sincere apologies.
In the event that I send you the wrong item please contact me via email at themakersstash@gmail.com. I will happily resend the correct item at no additional postage cost. I will work out with you the best way to return the incorrect item back to me.

All digital patterns are in English & cannot be translated into other languages.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
I use Australia Post to ship all of my items. All parcels are sent in protective envelopes with tracking (domestic and international).
All orders with a value of over $100 will require signature upon delivery.
Shipping costs include postage, packaging & handling.
Customers/buyers are responsible for any/all duties, customs and import tax charges that may be incurred. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
All items are packaged with protective materials to ensure their safe arrival.
Domestic shipping prices are Flat Rate Tracked $11.00
Shipping to New Zealand is Flat Rate Tracked $19.00
International shipping prices are Flat Rate Tracked $25.00 AUD
International Shipping Zones include the following: Unites States, Europe, New Zealand, Asia, South Africa, South America, Canada
International shipping times range from 2-4 weeks. Shipping to the USA can take up to 6 weeks. These times are out of my control.
Free Local Pick Up is available for residents of the Blue Mountains NSW Australia ONLY. Your order will be packaged and left in my personal letter box in Winmalee or it can be picked up from Blue Mountain Makers Shop in Wentworth Falls. If selecting local Pick Up please leave a note where you would like to pick up your order in the Notes section on the check out page. Alternatively you can email me at themakersstash@gmail.com. When your order is ready for pick up I will contact you via the email you leave at check out.
CORRECT ADDRESS – Your item is shipped from Australia to the address you have provided. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address. No credit will be issued for a package that is refused or abandoned.
