Little Patches Pincushion

Make these sweet scrappy pincushions using your littlest left over pieces.

When I’m cutting shapes for my EPP I inevitably have a lot of little scraps left over. Some are small and some are itty bitty. I don’t ever like to throw away even the tiniest scraps, or thread ends, instead saving them in a little tin.

I decided to put them to use and make some cute little slow stitch scrappy pincushions, using the bigger scraps on the front, and my ‘rubbish’ bits as the stuffing. I also used an off cut piece of cotton batting for the base of my patched panel, and an off cut of wool felt for the back of the pincushion.

These pin cushions are fun to make, a great way to use up those precious little bits, and make lovely gifts for your stitching friends.
