Description
Keep your current read safe and snug in this wonderful book pouch. Pick your favourite fabrics to stitch up the English Paper Piecing hexagon and diamond panel to create your own unique pouch. It’s the perfect way to keep your book safe and sound when not reading, or if you need to take your book away on holiday, to book club or on your work commute.
The pattern includes piecing instructions, quilting instructions, how to sew up your pouch, a colouring in diagram, full colour graphics and photos, and printable paper templates.
Knowledge of the English Paper Piecing method as well as general machine sewing is required. This pattern is for beginner to intermediate EPPers and quilt makers.

Pattern Options:
- Colour PDF digital download file, available in A4 document or US Letter Size. Includes printable 1″ hexagon and 60 degree diamond shape templates.
Pre-cut Paper Template Kit includes the following:
- 50 x 1″ Hexagon Pre-cut Paper Templates
- 70 x 1″ 60 Degree Diamond Pre-cut Paper Templates
The paper template kit DOES NOT include: Pattern or fabric.
FABRIC REQUIREMENTS
- Eight different fat 16th fabrics (you will have fabric to spare) for the hexagons.
- One fat eighth in a solid colour for the diamonds (you will have fabric to spare).
- A piece of fabric 8 3/8″ x 20 3/4″ for the lining.
- A strip of fabric for binding approximately 2 1/2″ wide by 17″ long.
- A piece of light wight batting or iron on pelon approximately 10″ x 24″
