Looking for a simple project to get you started on you English Paper Piecing Journey? The Granny’s Flower Patch Quilt is for you! Consisting of single and double hexie flower blocks appliqued on to machine pieced squares, this is a quilt project that can be picked up and put down when the desire for some slow stitching grabs you.

The Granny’s Flower Patch Quilt is a choose your own adventure quilt design! Choose from…

• Four different quilt sizes: Crib Quilt 36″ x 48″ (91 x 122cm) , Lap Quilt 48″ x 48″ (122 x 122cm), Twin/Single Quilt 72″ x 96″ (183 x 244cm) & Queen Quilt 84″ x 108″ (213 x 274cm)
• Five different pattern versions including Miss Leela’s.

All the information you need is included in the pattern: Paper templates required, fabric quantities, planning and cutting shapes, piecing and construction, applique and quilting, colouring in pages. I have not included fabric quantities for the flowers, a good variety of fabrics in fat sixteenths, fat eighths or fat quarters is perfect for these designs. You will find a guide in the pattern for planning out these shapes onto strips of fabric.

Kit Options:

• Paper template kit only available for the Lap size quilt ONLY. Paper Template kit includes 367 x 1″ hexagons and 150 x 1″ jewel papers so you can make any of the design versions.
